Cookery Classes

Welcome to my kitchen

Having worked for many years with various high end cooking holiday companies, I’ve been lucky enough to work with some wonderful chefs assisting them in mostly Italy, Thailand (long time ago) and most recently in Provence, Portugal and Spain. Wanting to bring this experience to my own table, I’m hosting lessons for small groups (minimum 2, maximum 5 people) from my home kitchen in Kew. I’ve lots of ideas about what I’d love to show people, but would also love to show people what they want to learn, so I'm open to suggestions on bespoke lessons.

The lessons will be about 3 hours long and end in a meal or take home food, depending on the lesson. Mostly hands on and with some demonstrations, we will try and pack in as much as we can in an informal, relaxed and fun way.

All ingredients, recipes, refreshments and aprons supplied.

Some upcoming lessons will include fresh pasta, focaccia, gnocchi, cakes, salads (market favourites), pastry, tarts, dips…
